Glioblastoma (GBM) is an aggressive brain tumor with significant heterogeneity both within and between tumors, posing challenges for treatment. This project aims to uncover tumor subpopulations and explore the molecular and cellular features correlated with treatment response/resistance using advanced sequencing techniques. With the help of computational tools developed in our lab, we also aim to investigate genetic interactions and identify potential therapeutic vulnerabilities. Additionally, we are interested in establishing patient-derived GBM models for functional validation and treatment response studies. Our goal is to deepen our understanding of GBM biology and identify actionable targets to improve precision medicine strategies for GBM patients.
