Analysis

We’ll do a few things here:

  • Show that incorporating cellularity as a variable into the TIL cluster vs. ITH models does not alter the results
  • Mix normal and tumour BAMs (‘contaminate’) at various proportions to simulate lower purity and see what happens to our clonal measures
  • Generate synthetic mutations (at various allelic fractions) in a few of the 85X BAMs and see what our capacity to detect these is at lower sequencing depths
