This directory includes all reference data used for running TASRKleat pipeline
on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The annotation GFT file, ensembl.fixed.sorted.gz was initially downloaded from
https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables and then updated to include the gene
names (mistakenly labeled as gene_id).
