05 Jan 2010 Human All Exon v.2 Kit Hi all, I know this issue has come up several times in the preceding months. Agilent requested that we distribute the information below in response to requests to distribute their exome capture target BED files. Please be aware that some vendors have provided BED files using 1-based coordinates and others adhere to the zero-based standard. These are the instructions we received describing the process to obtain GRCh37/hg19 target coordinates for Agilent 44Mb v2 design: > Regarding your request, we do have available the BED file for the 44Mb Human All Exon kit which contains information on regions covered by the design. This file contains the genomic coordinates for the start and stop coordinates based hg19 and is available for download from our online tool eArray: . To be able to log-in you would need to register your information. Once registered, you will receive your log-in credentials. After logging in, make sure that SureSelect Target Enrichment application is selected (pink box on top right of image below). For the 44Mb Human All Exon BED file, please search for ELID: S0293689. When you click on the "Download" action on the next page it will bring you to another page with the list of files associated with this ELID. This BED file is intended for public access and as such please feel free to forward these instructions to your collaborators. Happy New Year, -Mike M.
